Registration for the Congress must be done online. Each person who wants to participate in the event should sign in. The payment and sending the summary is possible only after earlier registration. You also have to make a reservation of the hotel. All the details you can find in the attachment “Accommodation”.
Early registration fee (up to May 22nd, 2015):

Late registration fee (May 23th, 2015 – September 1st, 2015):
Payments will be accepted in Polish Zlotys (PLN) Only!
Participation of an accompanying person is possible however registration fee includes only accompanying events not conference materials. The fee for accompanying person will be added to the total registration fee.
The participation fee is determined by the date of payment.
